Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but the vast majority of all our orders have reached our New Zealand customers within 1-4 business days of order.
Simple Origin Skincare uses flat postage charges for all orders within New Zealand. These are:
South Island delivery addresses: $8.00
North Island delivery addresses: $5.00
Free shipping on orders over $50.00
Do you offer international shipping?
Orders made by customers for delivery addresses outside New Zealand will not immediately be charged; we will instead collect the details of your order and get in touch with you to confirm delivery charges for your order to your country.
What is your return policy?
At Simple Origin Skincare we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at info@simpleoriginskincare.co.nz. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
